I come here for bloodwork. One of the female techs is amazing, speedy, and friendly. One of the guy techs takes so long - waited over an hour with two people in line ahead of me when I arrived.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at CMH. The Orthopedic, Physical Therapy, and Emergency departments all have serious operational problems that need to be addressed. My problems began when my condition was misdiagnosed. Multiple hip fractures and necrosis were missed, and I was referred to have spine surgery at OHSU instead of receiving additional investigation into why I couldn't stand or walk properly. This review is for the LAB at the pavillion. I recently had to get labs done and had a fantastic experience starting with the phone scheduler, then the front desk check-in and finally the 2 lab techs working when I went in. It seemed like this entire department got whacked upside the head with the wand of the sunshine-lollipop fairy. They were all warm, sunny, smiley and very funny.
