I have waited to post my review my son and daughter n law had my grandbaby here the only reason I’m giving 1 star is due to doctor and staff who preformed her c-section. When we went in after getting checked in not one nurse came in to inform us of anything we should expect how long nothing then Dr came to take her and asked why my son wasn’t in a gown yet I informed her well the staff here hasn’t been informative or helpful and didn’t even bring him his gown in yet, she stated they have been busy delivering babies. Delivered my 2nd child here back in 1993. Had lots of complications and the staff here was INCREDIBLE> I would love to see my nurse "robin" again. She was so amazing to me and my family.
Refused to update my family while I was in for a c-section. Refused to let them in my room with my baby , kept trying to tell me if my baby didn’t latch they were gonna feed her formula, proceeded to give her formula after I said I did not want her to have it let her stomach be full of amniotic fluid for 12 hours before they pumped it so she could eat. Private & Peaceful, i had AMAZING nurses who constantly were here for me and i mean in a way that didn’t make me feel like i was just a part of their pay check! (main 2 nurses being Erin and Jenny wonderful people thank you 2 so much) Definitely a 10/10 experience. love the constant reassurance and words of affirmation given here and even making sure we got a good laugh or two in! i pray every birth experience i have is this amazing and next time my nurses are just as amazing! Absolutely loved our time and our team at the Birth Center. Jenny, our overnight nurse was so kind and kept my birth wishes in mind. She tried all kinds of positions and did everything she could to follow them, when we needed to switch them, she was right there to answer questions By the end of our stay she felt like family. We had Amanda, Angie, and so many others that took care of us throughout the entire process. We felt safe and loved along with our little one. They even served us a lovely steak dinner!!
