The only time they actually successfully treated me there was when they were in the old bldg. they had to surgically remove a splinter. Every time I’ve gone there since the treatments were unsuccessful eventually had to see my PCP MD (which takes a month) they just add an extra cost with no value. I’m never going here again.

I expect a wait when you come to after hour clinics. We visited the clinic on a Sunday, the hours were 8-2. We showed up just after 10:30 and told my daughters wait would be 2 hours. We were told we could wait in our car and they would call us. 12:40 rolls around and I haven't received a call. We decide to go in and check, as I know they close at 2. I have used this urgent care several times. The staff are top notch. I am retired now, but have worked in the medical field most of my adult life. The front desk staff are great and well trained. The Dr 's. I've encountered there were wonderful. They explained how my parkinsons affects me internally and why. They gave me immediate relief by prescribing meds to help and sent communications to my regular Dr that I was seen there and why.
