If I could put negative numbers I would. I also have 2 complaints on the BBB. In their response on 3 occasions they mentioned how their customer services responses were not up to their standards and then at the end of the letter they say it was handled appropriately and professionally. This company is also a debt collector and treat everyone as if they are wrong and do not listen to the customer. I WOULD RUN FAST IF YOUR MORTGAGE IS WITH THIS COMPANY.
