They have a total lack of care for the patients. They put bandaids never finding the reason why. My father has been in and out of hospital w same issue three times and they send him right home never trying to figure out why or what. They could care less about the patient. The doctors were horrible in the ER. The nurses working triage were rude and rather socialize than do their job of patient care. But I have seen the bill to Medicare....ridiculous!! Stay clear of Lynchburg General! It’s worth traveling elsewhere.

Centra has unethical billing practices. Even when you pay your bill, they will attempt to bully you into paying it again by sending it to collections (who threatens your credit report). In my case, they attempted to get it paid a third time, without my knowledge, by sending it insurance (for the first time) six months after the service and nearly 3 months after I paid the bill. Therapy here is a JOKE didn’t give me time of day definitely wasn’t intensive. Therapists made fun of me both taught me differently so was very confusing and didn’t know how to help me had to ask other therapists what to do it was just pathetic

If you’re looking for a personalized experience for your female needs and pregnancy, this is where you need to go. I promise you will not be disappointed!
This the worst...the surprise billing going on two years..I have voiced my concerns to about close to 10,000 people to never go there! The emotional toll of the billing just goes on and on and on....
