Company did not make property tax payment for my property for two years but I never missed an escrow payment and enough money was in account to pay all taxes. I also asked about getting my private mortgage insurance removed (PMI is a scam) since I owe less than 80% of the homes value and they refused to answer questions in the chat, ignored all of my questions through the portal giving cut and paste responses once i finally got past the bot responses, said I need 25% paid off, refused to let me choose my own appraisal compan... read more
Stacie Hartman was still on vacation..... my home loan funding was supposed to come through today. Papers were signed at the title company by 9 am, and no answer from Stacie or anybody at cmg. Do not use them. Do not use them. I would give them zero stars. If I could switch I would, so they wouldn’t get a penny. Maybe I’ll try BBB next.
