They were fast to close the deal. After that, horrible to work with. I have been paying extra on my loan to the point were 30% of the loan is paid off and I have been trying to get off my PMI for about a month calling them, making requests on the portal and sending multiple unanswered emails to my loan officer. Also, their portal is really bad showing do details about the affects of my extra payments to the loan, I have to create sheets and track progress on my own. Stay away from these vampires.
I cold-called Brian Campbell 2 years ago to ask a ton of first-time-home-shopper questions- he gave me his time and a lot of support, and the rest was history! Team is not capable of accurately estimating escrow so don’t be shocked if you payment goes up over 15% after the first year without your taxes actually changing from the county.
I would NEVER use these guys again. The initial process was fine, it's sales so they will work with you. But good luck trying to reach anyone with issues with your loan after the deal is sealed. You'll wait on hold for 45 minutes every time. I sold my home and they sent the escrow balance check to the address of the sold home. They won't allow you to update your own address on their system.
