Awful service when your property wont sell and tried short-sale and deed in lieu, they denied me 2 both times and will not work with you. Do not get a mortgage with CMG
I can’t imagine working with anyone else. Joe treated me like I was family from the first phone call. I can’t possible express how happy and satisfied I am. I won’t use anyone else for my future endeavors. I highly recommend Joe and CMG to all my family and friends in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee! Joe Andrews specifically is golden, such a professional and personal. Joe and CMG are forever a part of my family.
After being pre-approved and then later receiving a loan commitment with conditions for a home loan with CMG, they told me that my loan was denied based on an oversight on their behalf just one day before my closing was scheduled to happen. Apparently a previous application for a home loan with WellsFargo (for another property) was 'flagged in the FHA system for a denial based on my income' and that they wanted to see WellsFargo's calculations before they considered approving me.
