My mortgage lender, Scott, recommended this company for a loan. The woman came to my house and gave the appraisal but did not include my property's value, which is the most important part of the appraisal. She cited so many things wrong which I fixed and I still did not get the loan. I only thought predatory lending throughout this whole process.
