Very engaging, anything but boring, refreshing way to review every organ system in a very short period of time. Only downfall was we didn't finish every lecture...but John made it right by providing us the DVDs that covered any rushed/insufficiently covered material. He is truly invested in his students and mission - to keep good PA'S practicing!

This board review is by far different than any other. John utilizes non-traditional techniques to simply yet effectively help you UNDERSTAND the topics- not only memorize. His dedication, enthusiasm, and simply love for our profession and people make this course unique. What lecturer introduces himself personally to every person in the room and tells you to approach him or contact him personally so he can help you? John does just that.

The PANRE Review in San Antonio was GREAT! I tend to have a hard time sitting through a long day of lectures, especially when they are about a part of medicine that frankly is not a part of my daily practice. John managed to keep us all wide awake, entertained, engaged and ultimately learning the material for the boards in a way I have not experienced in the past.

I had an very good experience at the CME4Life PANRE board review conference in San Antonio 10/3-10/5/15. Due to a late change in plans, I came in having actually just taken my boards on 9/28/15 -- after used John's DVD's as part of my review. While the DVD's were helpful, the direct conference experience with John's dynamic speaking approach and the interaction afforded both him and the other course participants was much superior.

I had a great time at this conference. It is the first conference I went to and stayed awake. I usually end up falling asleep within the first hour. I was able to not only be awake, but pay attention. All the stories and questions and making it into a group participation keeps you alert. I do think I would have retained more if it was less hours over more days. By around 2:00, I felt like my brain hit overload and it was just in one ear, out the other. This was a tremendous course. I'm very thankful for all the information presented. John and staff were very helpful and empathetic to my circumstances. I think he has provided me the additional tools to get past my PANRE.

Awesome board review course! Definitely an entertaining speaker that kept me actively engaged and interested and applied multiple learning techniques that appeals to a broad audience. Will definitely be going to other CME conferences with CME4Life.
