Awful customer service. Nails take forever (2 and a half hours for a fill) and they are inconsistent with prices. With all the time it took, the nails were still not how I wanted. The woman was hurting my nails and making them bleed, after I visually flinched and moved back. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I just had the worst experience at CME nail salon in Springfield I left after an hour and 10 min in for a fill that should take 45 minutes These are the nails I left with that she was going to paint over I paid her $30 because I thought it was the right thing to do for her hour in 10 min of work Turns out it was the owner who should have never let me pay for this terrible nail job Left very upset with crazy looking nails not finished and bleeding cuticles

Oh my gosh, this place is absolutely horrible. It doesn’t even deserve one star. The lady was hurting my nails first even my dad wrote a bad review. I cannot believe somebody can mess up a check pattern. This bad. I understand if it was hard for her. why don’t you just speak up about it? They didn’t even give us a refund or offered to redo it. They did a terrible job on my daughter’s nails and did not want to make it right. I gave them an opportunity to and they refused. The pictures on their Google of designs are fake. They do not know how to do designs very disappointed.

I've been to this nail salon a few times over the years (I'm not one to get my nails done every 3 weeks, just not my thing) always had good experiences. Went today for a full set and Emilia did a great job. All the women are nice, pedicure chairs are great, everything is clean.
