Working with Joel and the team was great. They have efficient processes, great communication, and they work fast. As first time homebuyers with limited experience, we felt the process of getting our mortgage went very smoothly.
We had a situation where banks were not interested (because they couldn’t make enough money on the small amount we would need) and the Credit Union couldn’t help us. Not Recommended We got a construction mortgage through Joel to build out new home. He seemed to be knowledgeable and someone we could trust. Unfortunately after everything we have learned we know now that there are far better options out there.
