I had to wait to make this review so I knew I didn’t have to chase them around anymore… what a disaster. Like a dummy, I “helped” Mike by saying the job was complete with Mosaic (the financing company he uses) and after it was paid in full, it ALL went down hill. I FINALLY just got the screens I was missing for 7 months because I hounded the supply company, not Mike! They replaced my roof, windows and siding. I’m finding nails all over the roof, old and new. Great work and guys. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our project!!
The worst experience I've ever had with Mike DeRosa, he was paid for half of the project, and he hasn't completed it for months, we've called, texted, and emailed him (he never answered the phone, only mails) and he gives us date after date and he never came to finish the job he started. Please be careful who you hire for your home projects, Mike is definitely not the one, unfulfilled and irresponsible.
