As a first homeowner dealing with this company has been a nightmare! We were not provided the services we were offered or "quoted" for. The door is worthless. It doesnt close or open without having to use significant force. We have had issues with communication since day 1 with no resolution. All we wanted was honesty and quality and neither were provided. Seems like they will say whatever it takes to make a sale.

From sales to management to installation no one in the company seems to communicate or understand what can be done. Hard to get a hold of. Doors are over priced and quality is poor! We've had issues since install. Will post video of $3000.00 gets you for a storm door. Horrible customer service over all. Everything we were told seemed to be manipulated and came with a loop hole.
