I had an appointment, when I got there Melanie the girl who was helping me was very rude at the moment I started talking to her she was very rude. I will not recommend this location at all
I had a positive experience with the doctors and nurses during my annual checkup 06/26/26 after 10am, everyone in the clinical staff was professional and kind. My concern is with the front desk registration process afterward when I attempted to submit my paperwork. I was told I needed to complete additional demographic sections before the forms would be accepted, including sensitive information such as my social security number, monthly income, housing status, student status, and migrant job status. Do not come here if you expect to receive actual help for your medical problems. The medical providers here are rude, dismissive, unprofessional and don't seem to care about their patients nor desire to do any sort of critical thinking to help. Trust all of the other negative reviews of nurse Nancy Chuks-Orji, along with Dr. Justine Guevarra both of whom are particularly unpleasant to work with. Expect to wait an hour past your scheduled appointment time to be seen and rushed out without properly addressing your concerns
