It was my first time to meet Dr. Gurjit Kaur. I really like her a lot. I'm not sure if she's new with the Vacaville CMC. I was reassigned to her because my previous primary care physician was no longer there. It was a blessing in disguise because I really like Dr. Kaur. She listened attentively to all the issues I'm having with the caring attitude and interest. She sat and did not rush to get out of the room. Terrible service from customer service to doctors and management. The so called “Dr” Sharma and so called “supervisor” Ada Meda, who tried to escalate the situation instead of making up for her and her staffs’ mistake and provide a solution, will be held accountable to the fullest extent of law
Absolutely stay away from this place at all cost ! These drs do not no what there doing and thats an under statement super rushy !! 15 min standard appointments staff is super rude and unprofessional ! Waited 2 months for a primary dr appointment !! My dr looked clueless when i told him what was wrong with me !! Simply did not care to help at all !!!
If I could give negative stars I would!!! Christine Nguon the nurse practitioner just dismissed us like we are nothing! We came in because my brother in law just had a cardiac arrest and was in the hospital for the week. Kaiser told us to go to our primary doctor get the doctors notes and medication but when we were met with Christine, she dismissed everything we said. Community medical centers in Vacaville does have good doctors( especially DR. Tay Yong,) so when you do get in you do get treated well by the doctors in my experience. My provider Dr Tay, I can't give her high enough praise because some doctors are just there for a paycheck but Dr Tay, you can tell she's very compassionate and wants to help truly wants to help and she is not there just for a paycheck she puts her heart into treating her patients and you can OBVIOUSLY tell that by her actions.
