If I could give 0 I would, the call center for appointments here is just flat out rude. If you don’t care for people why are you working in a health care facility? I have been going here for years and it’s hit or miss if they will be nice to you and I don’t have many places to go with my insurance. It’s insane how simple respect and human kindness isn’t a thing anymore.
Always respectful and makes sure I understand what’s going on.
