After a sleepless night due to coughing & wheezing, I went to the CMC Urgent Care clinic and was treated almost immediately by their patient & caring staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Was seen promptly and felt cared about by all staff. Very professional but still "human" approach. Would recommend to others.
At a recent visit to CMC Urgent Care, I was welcomed at the front desk by a kind and caring office staff person. I was seen by Jamie Dawson who took the time to explain my symptoms, my options, etc. very clearly and patiently. The only downside of the visit was the rude, impatient CNA. When someone is sick enough to go to Urgent Care, I feel like they should be treated with dignity and respect, not rudeness and impatience.
