This is the first Cmc over in Bedford that they actually listen to you and care what you have to say and they listen to you very good
Very friendly and professional with very little wait time.
My doctor apparently left the practice more than a month ago, but I was not informed until the day before my appointment. No letter in the mail, nothing, just a "oops sorry no appointment for you". They don't care about their patients at all and are extremely rude.
I just want to start off with saying, THANK YOU to joe and the nurse assistant in my room helping him with me (i wish i remembered name) I was suffering with really really bad vertigo and Joe started doing the Epley maneuver on me and at first I didn’t think it was working, but it slowly was and by the time I got home and did one myself I felt way better and I feel really better waking up and I’m gonna be able to go to my graduation now. Arrived to a very, not busy urgent care just sit there for two hours with no apology or explanation on what was taking so long. I will never step foot in this place again unprofessional staff. They should be ashamed of themselves and no I don’t care that. They just changed their system. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
