The facility is clean. No waiting. Staff are friendly, calm, and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and cared for. The nurse and the provider were fantastic and on time. As a patient, I had a great experience at this urgent care facility.
I recently took my daughter here for a bad fall. They took us in within five minutes. Her provider, Jamie Dawson was so kind and compassionate. I was very happy with all the staff, all kind and caring. It was a long visit because of multiple xrays but also multiple updates. Very happy with the care she received.
Always friendly, quick and respectful. Never a wait and all staff is very knowledgeable.
I love this Urgent Care facility for a few reasons. Going here is so much better than any ER in the area. It's never overcrowded and I'm taken care of pretty quickly. I'm a CMC patient so all my information is already at their fjngertops. I haven't been here a lot but when I go, my health problem is taken care of.
