Very disappointing experience. I had a scheduled phone appointment with my doctor on Thursday and made sure I was available and waiting for the call, but I never received one. There was no communication or update explaining the missed appointment. My time is valuable too, and when a patient schedules an appointment, they should at least receive a call or be notified if the doctor is unable to make it. I expected much better communication and professionalism.
Terrible service
The worse doctor works here and exploit the patients here. My father had wrist scan done. Report came online and everything looked normal. Nope this doctor made him come there just so she can charge insurance just to tell him nothing is wrong. Other day my father was told to come for no reason at all. Then they know he hasn't eaten anything in the morning yet giving him flu shot, Covington shot, tetanus shot, and few others. They referral to specialist without notify the family.
