I believe in an accurate review. I have to say, things got kinda rocky mid way thru. The original sales rep didn’t know his job & gave us wrong information. What followed was confusion, misrepresentations and frustration; however, after we a made a call to the owner & manager, things changed. We expressed our dissatisfaction with the process to that point & concerns going forward. First time using an electrician and didn’t know who to go with so picked them because of reviews. They were able to provide next day service at the time. The electrician was great, was not pushy at all with other services which is greatly appreciated. He had a couple recommendations for me to consider in the future. All in all and great experience. Would recommend them to neighbors.
Very professional and down to earth. Communication was awesome. The technician they sent out, Blaze was awesome. He listened to what we want and explained everything that need to be done to complete the project. They even offered a free inspection of our electrical in the house. Which we took. Ps Blaze loves jerky. Update Blaze once again was very thorough and gave us many options. The markup on your parts is crazy.
Dee, the electrician, was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He repaired the faulty wiring quickly, and explained which outlets were controlled by the GFCI. We were pleased to get them working again! Thanks, Dee!
