Made an appointment for someone to come out and give us a quote on a home standby generator. Replied to a text the day before confirming that someone would be here between 8:00 and 10:00. No one ever showed up, no call or message from anybody saying that they were running behind and/or had to reschedule. I guess getting my business is not important to them. Fortunately there there are plenty of other companies to choose from who are more responsive.
