I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for Martin, the service representative who worked on my HVAC system. He did an outstanding job connecting it to the generator. However, I faced a bit of a challenge when I discovered that my downstairs HVAC had not been connected during the initial installation by a different service rep. I purchased the generator from Lowe's, but CMC installed it. I called at 8:30 in the morning and CMC had a professional out at my house by 10am. I had several lights not working in my house after a big storm. They had it fixed in less than an hour. Great experience
Other than the break of the water pipe while digging the trench the job was done well.
