Professional quick and painless
We have rented a home for 6 months so far and have only had to call maintenance 1 time . They literally sent someone out the very next day ! Highly impressed and I have had a great experience with them .
Been renting since 1995, by far this is the worst move experience I have ever had. I’m typically not a complainer, but i all i have done is complained. I’m not gonna post 105 pictures of things that needed to be fixed/ repaired/ or should be routine move in checklist items! But i will say everything results in another fee that I’m required to pay! They use rently which forces you to pay a fee to even tour the house, insane. I did not pay that, so instead I called right after receiving an email saying the property was still available and was told over the phone it actually wasn't. I don't recommend doing any business with them.
