Been renting since 1995, by far this is the worst move experience I have ever had. I’m typically not a complainer, but i all i have done is complained. I’m not gonna post 105 pictures of things that needed to be fixed/ repaired/ or should be routine move in checklist items! But i will say everything results in another fee that I’m required to pay! They use rently which forces you to pay a fee to even tour the house, insane. I did not pay that, so instead I called right after receiving an email saying the property was still available and was told over the phone it actually wasn't. I don't recommend doing any business with them.
We have been a commercial tenant for close to six months and Amy Wolf and the entire team have been great to work with. They are responsive, caring and very reasonable to work with.
The CMC team has managed my property for over three years. Great team work. Helped me a lot ! I give them five stars.
