I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experience with Sebastian during the HVAC issue at my business. When my HVAC unit stopped working, I reached out for assistance. Unfortunately, communication was difficult, and I felt that my concerns were not heard or taken seriously. My business was closed for approximately two weeks, resulting in more than $1,000 in lost revenue, and I was disappointed that I did not feel supported during that time. I have been a tenant at this property for over 10 years, and since the property has been managed by Ms. Amy, I have been extremely satisfied with the level of service provided. She is very easy to work with, communicates clearly, and always responds quickly whenever there is an issue with the property. Ms. Amy and Rachel have both been wonderful to work with. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for the tenants make a big difference. I truly appreciate all their hard work and would highly recommend them.
