It was a very good visit with Damini Patel this morning. Starting first with her assistant. Who goes over certain medical questions with me.. She is very friendly. Then I saw NP Patel. Extremely friendly She went over everything with me. I don't feel rushed with her at all. Some offices it is get you in and out fast. Very happy I have her as my primary.. The office staff is also very friendly .
*** DONT BELIEVE ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ***. I have been there several times. *** In my years as a customer service manager, what I experience with their front office staff was "unacceptable". Since they don't answer their phone, I went by and asked a simple question, this individual at the front desk embarrassed me in front of other patients, my spouse, and other employees. Very condescending, brash, disrespectful. No nice greeting.. I can go on... This is not in anyway a reflection on the medical professionals at this lo... read more
