These guys are great with everything they do. I've used them for heating, cooling and plumbing for the last several years. They've replaced my air conditioner, lined my sewer line, and serviced my furnace. Most recently, my furnace died over the weekend, and they were here quickly, and fixed the problem, despite the fact that they were bombarded with calls due to the extreme cold in the area. Fry did an excellent job explaining the scope of work prior to starting. He made sure that all of our flooring was protected prior to bringing in his equipment. He did a great job explaining what the issue was and what would need to be done to properly fix it.

My main line is absolutely filled with roots and backing up into my basement. Fry came out and was friendly and helpful, explained everything thoroughly. He tried to snake it for 2 hours with some success but the roots were impossibly thick. He suggested a water jet could likely make it through the obstruction.
