This is about ortho. Dr, sharp was that sharp, fast..though I believe deeply the diagnosis is wrong. His NURSE MICHAEL BACCHUS is unprofessional, rude and gives a darn if you’re in pain or not. I visited the clinic December 18 and one part of therapy was PT. BENCHMARK didn’t get the referral by January 8 . That three weeks of PT I didn’t receive to minimize my pain. Dr. Erica, performed surgery on my wrist on 8/12/2025. They removed the stitches on 8/21/2025.. on 8/25/1025 my incision opened up, bleeding badly. This was a Saturday, so I couldn’t call them. Called 2 times the following Monday and Tuesday. No return calls. My wrist started hurting and is numb. Called them 9/2/2025 and 9/3/2025. As for an appointment and was transferred to Dr. Erica’s nurse. No one has called me back. This not acceptable. When you need a doctor and they never call you back that terrible.
