My mom is in the elderly mom is in the ER. She was there from 2:30 and didn't get called back until 9:00. They are admitting her and now they don't have any rooms. She has to stay in the ER until a room is available. They don't even allow you to be in the hospital with your love one. This the worst service I ever seen.

DO NOT choose this facility if you have any choice. It is filthy, the care is poor and we have been held in their emergency area for 24 hours and counting since coming by ambulance with a heart attack. I fear infection from how dirty it is. I am cleaning his cubicle myself with every anti bacterial cloth I can find. BEWARE and choose Novant if you possibly can! Im at this hospital right now since Dec2nd. It has been a nightmare. Along with my other health issues I have bed sores. The couple that I have on my rear started bleeding so bad that the blood ran down and got in my urine so much that it was the color of red kool aid. They did do a uti test because the drs were concerned but not enough to make sure I was getting the care that I needed. Most of the staff other than the drs are awful.
