This hospital is charging me over $1200 for delivering my own child on the way to the hospital. They’re also charging over $2000 for the 30 minutes we spent in the delivery room for my wife to be stitched back up. They also charged over $1000 for those stitches. This is not including the additional $10,000 for random fees and room charges. Go somewhere else. The doctors were terrible, and no regard for my newborn’s health. My daughter had an appointment for an echocardiogram at 7am on a Saturday morning. She was told to come to the main entrance of the hospital and it didn't open until 8am. We had to go to the ER and then walk around to the main area, because the transport to take her there took too long. They called rushing her to get there and then when she finally gets there, they tell her they may not be able to see her before the next patient. She was finally called back at 8am and we had been there since 6:23am. This is so unprofessional... read more
The absolute worse hospital in the entire Atrium system. I've been in the ER with my elderly aunt for 4 hours before they can do any Triage. Triage is taken in the waiting room amongst everyone and when they called her back at hr five, she was put in a recliner chair in the hall amongst other patients. Patients piled on top of one another. If it weren't for PHI I'd take a photo of what this looks like HORRIBLE. We are now on hr 8 w/o any resolution as to whats going on with her. The ER department at this hospital is by far the worst hospital I’ve ever been to. My father was transported via ambulance on 4/15 around 12:30pm to the ER and we had to bring him to this specific hospital. The laziness of the staff here is astonishing. The nurses not once checked on him once he was admitted. I had to beg them just to help him use the bathroom. I’m not sure if they were discriminating against my dad, but it sure felt that way.
