One of the Worst Experiences Ever This is honestly one of the most horrible places I’ve ever been to. This hospital is completely chaotic. There are people waiting everywhere — some of them barely able to stand — and the staff just seem to ignore it. I saw a man in so much pain he was literally lying on the floor, and no one did anything to help. I brought my daughter here at 12 PM, and they didn’t check her until 2 PM. OMG! 10-6-25 my aunt went to Atrium cabarrus ER for high blood pressure. i took her husband, who has dementia to support her. We got kicked out of the ER! The charge nurse kept holding her finger up at me… saying 1 visitor in the lobby. “my god! After 10 years of good/bad experiences with this facility. Hands down the care my daughter received when she was brought in by medic with a severe orthopedic trauma was beyond exceptional. Everyone from the aides, nurses, er doctor, imaging technicians, surgical staff, surgeon, and all staff on the Jeff Gordon's children wing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Horrible. I brought my 11 month old child here with a fever of 103 and we sit for 2 hours and they didn’t even call him back. They told me it wasn’t going to be long. I asked for medicine for him and they still didn’t give him anything. That’s horrible. I ended up leaving!!
