My 87 year old mother has been here twice in the past month in several different floors. CNA’s for the most part are lazy, try to do as little as possible. You have to ask for the patient to be bathed, teeth brushed, hair combed, etc. If you are not there to feed your loved one, they will go hungry. My mother has dementia, and numerous times I came in and found bed rails down, IV’s pulled out, bed alarm not on. Arrived 9/13 @ 11:23pm, everyone but me and 1 other person has been 'seen', 'taken care of'. It's now 3:14AM 9/14. They didn't even check me in correctly the receptionist stated, therefore, I've been sitting here literally over 4 hours. Pathetic. I will totally drive the extra to the Lane street location, they're actually helpful and attentive there. THIS "emergency" department, needs a 0! She mistakenly didn't check me in, like seriously?!? Never again. Waist of my time!
My drs office is here suite 300 and got the best care anywhere I have ever been
Not enough parking for handicapped!! Especially around 8am and after lunch. The parking deck is dangerous because of people driving around looking for a space. Also appointments are 6 months out. Stop taking new patients. The ER is good for tests but not treatment or compassion. Don't go if you need pain relief or be admitted.
