"if you dont look like you're dying, youre not a priority" was a hospital. If " ill rather chop it up with my neighbor is stead of being consistent with patients" Was a hospital. If "we will give you the meds you need the first day then give you flintstone vitamins the next" as if your body just magically heals overnight was a hospital... ITS THIS ATRIUM HEALTH RIGHT HERE. Do not go to this ER unless you want to wait over a day total for bare minimum treatment.
Please do not waste your time taking your children to the ER here. My son had an overnight stay at this facility when he was only 5 weeks old, and because this facility is affiliated with Levine Children’s Hospital, I felt comfortable choosing their ER if we ever needed emergency care in the future. Unfortunately, after our recent experience, I would not make that choice again. I returned to give a better review on this hospital. I left a poor review because my mom told me she wasn't receiving kind, caring, and considerate treatment form the staff while she was immitted there 7 months ago. She has had a previous diagnosis of cancer and she did tell me during that time she was treated very well by the staff. My personal experiences by the staff has been very fair, and for the most part considerate, and respectful. The environment is relaxed and I appreciate their consideration when needed.
I’ve been admitted for a couple days and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the employees that made a difference to me. Selam, LAQuintha, Shelby in the Oncology dept and Luz in the ICU. You have all been incredible and are exactly where you’re meant to be. Thank you for everything you do and your dedication to making it a comfortable, humane experience. You are all amazing human beings.
