This practice is an absolute disaster. I have multiple sclerosis and called about a week or 2 ago to make my annual appointment to find out that they have NO neurologist on staff. Although the woman I spoke with was empathetic, I was completely dumbfounded. To make it even worse: they're telling everyone to go to their primary care to get a referral to another neurologist. They have NO neurologist . Office called me a week before my appointment and told me they are canceling everyone’s appointments because they no longer have a neurologist. NO help , no coverage in the meantime and no referrals given. So everyone has to scramble and find a neurologist . As we know this can take months. Very unprofessional and poor patient care. Will never return to any CMC department.
