My PCP ordered an x-ray for CMC imaging so I went in without an appointment. The ladies at check in and registration were so sweet. Belinda was the radiology technician and she was just as kind. We were talking about my medical history and it means a lot to have a healthcare provider be truly empathetic.

Granted last time I was here was in 21. I had always ,then and before that, check in at the desk with a woman named Donna. Upon arriving a little early for my 7:15 , there was Noone at the desk. I wasn't sure if it was too early or if she had stepped away. A woman that had arrived just before me looked a little confused also. Find another imaging center, this office is terrible!! We called this morning to see if an appointment was needed for a chest x-ray and was advised that no appointment was necessary and walk-ins were welcome. My spouse and I went around 1pm and were greeted by rude woman at the front desk who made it seem like a major inconvenience that we didn't have an appointment. Reception lady was great, both people doing MRIs were great. Felt very cared for and safe, was so comfortable I napped during both MRIs. Amazing place.

Staff was professional and courteous. Upon arriving we checked in and directed to the admissions section where Maureen did all the paperwork. After that, we were called in at the appointment time. Nice people. Would recommend this Imaging facility.
