This company used the incorrect base layer and grout for our flooring causing the tiles to separate and lift. The company does not communicate or fix their poor workmanship. I ended up bringing this company to small claims court and the court ruled in my favor. Now the company has missed two on time payments. Next step is Affidavit of Non-compliance. Suggestion: Do not waste your time with this company.
When we moved May 2016 & original contractor fell thru CMC Flooring saved the day working non stop until floors were done. We are replacing rug damaged due to small "fire" and first person called was CMC Flooring! Great job, great people, and very reliable.
it's been over a year and half he installed my floors and hasn't come back here to finish the mess he left, my floors are horrible when he installed them his crew put a lot of scratches and gouges, now it looks like they are buckling. I would never recommend this company
