I have nothing but great things to say about Elizabeth Family Medicine. They have been my primary care physicians for 11 years. everyone on staff and all of the and turning doctors are great

I have been with the practice since 1997 as a patient. In 19 yrs Doctor White has been my personal physician,friend,confidant and Mother figure. When I heard she was leaving the practice I cried for hours...who knows,my medical issues better than Dr. White....? I wish her love on her future ventures. I already miss her.
I have been going to Elizabeth Family Medicine for the passed eight years. I am so sad to hear that Dr. Jamayla Culpepper is leaving the practice. She has been great with me and my two children she is absolutely wonderful. She also has some wonderful colleagues hoping my next Doctor is as awesome like my doctor. Whoever is replaced by Culpepper has some huge shoes to fill. I am happy that she has future endeavors just wish she wasn't leaving the practice.
