Call him at 3:20 on Christmas Eve. They were shutting down at four. They said they had what I needed and would be open. When I arrived 10 minutes before four they had the two bottles of concrete dissolver that I needed. Pleasant and efficient service. Good people in a happy mood even late on Christmas Eve.
Called about price for dowel epoxy. Was told one price. Drove a long way. Then they charged me $20 more than I had been told. When I told them, they asked "who did you talk to". Someone who didn't tell me his name. I would only go there again if I was desperate for something and couldn't get it anywhere else.
