I would highly recommend Chad and CMC Construction. When Chad first proposed that he would get my ~475 square foot addition done in 4-6 weeks, I was definitely skeptical; however, not only did he finish it within that timeframe, he did the majority of the work by himself which I did not expect out of a contractor. Chad is extremely hardworking professional, and detail-oriented. His pricing was very fair, and what we paid was exactly what he originally quoted us.
