Just out of hospital and still having mini-stroke symptoms. I called for advice and to see if I needed to come back, but was told I needed a referral and could not assist me without it. I’m afraid of having a full stroke and they can’t help me. I guess it is 911. Poor care it seems unless you can pay outright and immediately for care.
