The idea of renting has always been terrifying to me. It’s like all you hear are horror stories about landlords, unclean units, unreachable maintenance. That is not the case with these guys at all and let me tell you, it has brought me so much peace. There have been MINIMAL issues since we’ve moved in and each little thing has been fixed within the next day but usually the day we call it in. Truly outstanding management and the friendliest staff as well!
Sharon, the landlord, has been super friendly and responsive to every single question and concern that we have had from the very start! The property is very well maintained and they addressed all of our maintenance requests in a timely manner. Thanks again, Sharon and Rob!
I have lived here 6 months and the lady, Sharon, was really nice and the property is nice, however…… during the months of July and August 2023 my upstairs has been burning up as the vents have no air running through them. I filled out a maintenance fort on line and nothing has been done after a bunch of follow up communication. I’m having to threaded to void the contract because of their failure to maintain the property. I pay $1350 a month here and will not pay till the air conditioner is fixed upstairs. Also The Bryant in Oklahoma City. You guys are a joke. Anytime you are confronted on this property you don't do a thing, you just message the management and wash your hands of it.
I've enjoyed living in my apartment and I have been pleased. No clutter,, no noise and they have great maintenance guys! I highly recommend their propertys.
