This company manages several homes in the town I live. They do not take pride in the homes they are renting out and likewise either do the tenants. The outside of the homes often look like they have taken a beaten and very unappealing to near.
Don't fix anything
Been living at flat rock creek for over 6 years. It's pretty quiet and I have never had any issues. Would recommend for a good place to stay.
This is by far the absolute best property management I have delt with. Sharon is amazing!!!🤩
