Exceptional work by Twice and Josh(2 visits) to diagnose problems and replace my garage door opener. While Tice diagnosed and fixed problems with my previous 8 foot unit on Monday, I decided to go with a new opener unit that would give me a full 10 foot lift to match the existing opening and door. Josh installed the new opener and track on Friday after parts arrived. He was quick, efficient, and professional. Everything installed and worked correctly the first time. Thank you, Josh, Tice, and Sabrina (Scheduler)!
