It's been a pleasure living here. Not too far from campus, price is very reasonable, apartment is nice, free laundry machines. I especially appreciate the quick responses to any maintenance calls. The day after I send in a request, a kind repairman comes and helps. Just got my dishwasher fixed by Woody, he did a great job and gave me good advice moving forward.
I recently had my bathroom renovated by the maintenance team, and I’m very happy with the results. Brian and Woody did an excellent job replacing the cabinet and updating the space. They were professional, efficient, and paid attention to details. Really appreciate their hard work! It’s a pleasure living in this apartment.
Rescheduled apartment viewing 3 times (including once when we had already showed up for the tour), then cancelled the 4th time on the day of because they ran out of apartments last minute despite telling us they had availability earlier.
