The customer service at CMA is above and beyond!!
Pete is a deal maker. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, ask for Pete. He will make it happen!
I worked with Becca Powell, Nick Saville, and Dave Lawson while navigating the process of buying a new truck. They were all professional, honest, and kind. This was the best experience I’ve had buying a new vehicle. No aggressive sales tactics, no behind the scenes nonsense. Forthright from the beginning to end. CMA Williamsburg Ford is top notch. Thank you guys for making this entire process painless and enjoyable. 10/10
My salesman, Colin Morgan was spectacular. He took the time to explain the steps in the purchase process and was very helpful when I had questions. He took the time to help me whenever I had a question and went above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. The Finance office was also so helpful. No pressure at all not like other experiences I’ve had at other dealers. If I need another vehicle CMA of Williamsburg would be on my list to visit..
