Avoid CMA Ford Body Shop at All Costs If you value your time, communication, and basic respect as a customer, I cannot stress enough—do not take your vehicle here for body work. I dropped off my truck after a fender bender in mid-May, and according to the tag they put on my key, it officially went into the shop on June 2nd, 2025. I didn’t get it back until August 29th, 2025, that’s almost 90 days in the shop for a minor repair. Great service department. Great people. Consistently a pleasant experience because of a team of customer focused, satisfaction oriented individuals. Kudos to the team and to the service manager for creating a welcoming environment.
Most of the employees were nice, and the facility is well taken care of. The lady in the parts department with the strangely colored hair was rude. Clearly didn’t want to help me.
