July 9,2026 update: Was casually looking at my 2014 Ford Focus ST market value online and decided to request an instant offer. The first one to respond was Paige Bloomquist from CMA's Williamsburg Ford. Paige raised the already high bar in my mind for this dealership by setting up an appointment for this morning at 9am, working really diligently on my behalf to get a fair offer together in spite of a few bumps in the road and I walked out less that 2 hours later with a check. Buying my ford here was a huge mistake. My husband has to be with me for any drop off services. Unfortunately I tried to handle this warranty call today. The service department is a joke. I tried to explain to them that this issue was under warranty that wasn't fixed the first time. The male started talking down to me and when I called him on it he played snowflake that I hurt his feelings. The female manager followed up with you need to leave.
