I needed a new vehicle, so I saw Pete, which, although I sold vehicles over 20 years, I believe Pete is the best salesman I’ve ever seen! Top that off, with Byron, the used car manager, they treated me great! We tried to go to Langley Federal credit union, where every cent I’ve had in the last seven or eight years has gone through their bank and they know every thing about me, they wanted tax returns, etc. but we went through Capital One! I recently purchased a 2024 Honda HR-V from CMA Williamsburg Ford and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. I worked with Todd Alderman, who was professional, transparent, and never pushy. Since I'm up in Arlington, they actually delivered the vehicle to me. Anthony and the service team worked diligently resolving the issues we had with our expedition. We had previously switched from another dealership to CMA's Williamsburg Ford because of the lack of customer service and we have been very pleased with the care and service. Manager told me could not get a refund because i didn’t tell her what was wrong with my car hold you were suppose to check it smh smh 200 out the window so when do you tell the auto mechanics what’s wrk g with your car when they are suppose to find and fix the problem rip off thanks never again
