The service department at CMA’s Valley Volkswagen is hands down the best we have ever experienced. We limped into their service department after our 2000 VW Rialta broke down en route from Kentucky to our family’s home in DC. Many shops wouldn’t even consider working on the engine of a vehicle that old, but CMA was up to the challenge. They took tender, loving care of our vehicle and provided a rental car to get us to our family’s home while the vehicle was in the shop. Just had recall work done on my 2016 Golf Sportwagen. CMA Valley Volkswagen was a good experience. Scheduling the repair was simple and straightforward. The repair was done in less time than they estimated. The service manager was congenial and knowledgeable. The customer waiting area was clean and coffee and drinks were available.
My second time coming to CMA and I love this place! Everyone is so nice and they make everything so easy. From inquiries to paperwork to service, everything is amazing. Kudos to CMA and the employees! Keep being amazing and I'll definitely be back again when it's time for another ride!
Everything accomplished in a very timely and efficient manner, nice service reps, comfortable waiting area. Nice experience all around.
