I want to say thanks to Ben & everyone that helped me and my mother with getting our new vehicles. Ben was very professional and helped us with all questions or issues we had. Our experience with Valley Nissan has been more then a 5 star service. I got a 2025 Nissan Pathfinder my first time leasing and they made the whole experience educational and very valuable to me for future opportunities. My day at the Nissan dealership they was kind respectful very heart warming they do care for your customers and your family I would tell anyone to go there to buy a vehicle because they are very helpful
They were very nice and understanding they let me take my time and get what I wanted and Christian Ayala was really easy to talk to.
Carfax showed no accidents but found scratches and paint missing. It was not there when test driving but was there when we bought it home. There were red scratch marks and I notified them within 24 hours. They did nothing. We had only driven straight home and certainly did not hit a red vehicle.
Our experience buying our new car was a great one. As soon as we pulled up Ben came out and quickly asked if he could help us and what exactly we were looking for. He was polite and curious and answered all our questions. I think it was the best car buying experience we've ever had. Earlier that day we visited three other dealerships one a salesman came out and didn't seem to care if he sold us a car or not. One dealership no one even came out.
