Needed a tire and they worked me in at the last minute on a Saturday so I could drive 300 miles home on Sunday. Melissa was great to work with
Mark in the Parts Dept was extremely easy to deal w/ and made my visit very comfortable. Not something one can always say about a dealership. Friendly and professional are the first things that come to mind. Took his card and look forward to returning to see him in the future. Made the drive from Batesville to purchase my parts and wouldnt consider going to Cville to get the same parts at the other Honda dealership. Keep up the good work! Checkemout!
