My wife and I dropped off our car for service at 7am and were told it would be ready by noon, we started getting updates shortly after drop off and the car was ready by 830. We have always had a great experience in the service department and will continue to use them for servicing our Toyota’s

Just a strange strange situation. Had a software upgrade for a recall, scheduled the recall service with their service scheduler (which limited the available times to slots available for the recall service — my toyotacare 20k service alone had other available times, but appointments were pared down once adding the recall service) Showed up 15 minutes early, and was told there were 3 software upgrades in front of me and it would be 4 hours.
