My daughter and I went in the other day and Tony the sales manager was very rude! Not the first time his been this way, and not only to us but to an employee! Also made my daughter cry by telling her she was wasting his time! I guess when your brother is the owner and puts you in this position you can treat people any way you want because he knows John won't do anything about it! we will not be buying another car from this dealership again!
I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra on Saturday and Dave Kraemer was fabulous best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle! He is a wonderful salesman no pressure just reassurance that they are trying to help you even though they are trying to sell vehicles. Great personality!! There is a real turd that works in the service department...he has a nasty attitude every time I go in...I ended having to call the GM on his cellphone to get my five minute repair done
We went in on Saturday, for an appointment Steven Trevor. We had told him exactly what we wanted and, he had it waiting for us, when we arrived. He made the entire process very pleasant. Three hours in and out with a great car at a great price. Bet car buying experience EVER.
We came in to Apple Valley Hyundai looking for a new car. Our salesman David Kraemer met us showing us some cars. He was kind and courteous to us. He did not pressure us but helped us to find the right car. We picked the Hyundai Elantra Value Edition. We are thankful that we met David. The staff was very helpful in our decision
