Cadillac XT5 CMA was a breath of fresh air!!! I went to Moore Cadillac in Richmond,Va 3 different time and waiting around in the showroom and on the lot PEEKING in car windows and not 1 worker helped me. I Google searched Cadillac dealerships around me because I knew what I wanted already and wasn't just looking. I had printed out the car I made on the website and was ready to purchase. Easy to schedule online. Provided pickup service so I could go to work and come back at the end of the day. Basic 35k mile EV service - tire rotation, balance, and alignment. Price is good for a dealership.service center. Would probably be a bit less expensive at an independent auto shop, but service and convenience was great.
If you are tired of your old shop, I highly recommend that you give CMA Cadillac a try!! Superior customer service, fair pricing and great work.
