The service department was very professional and courteous. The waiting area is large and they have coffee and water for customers. I was kept informed of what was going on. The service advisor was very nice, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for service on your Jeep, and other brands.

Brought my Ram in for service. Cylinder miss fire. Common issue with this truck. Mechanic wouldn't repair the Cylinder, they tried to sell me an $18,000.00 motor! They told me they don't recommend replacing the parts needed because they "may" find other damage after going deeper into the repair. That's like saying, I'm not gonna eat an ice cream cone because it "may" melt! Phil, the service manager, was very kind and professional.
