Wife took vehicle there 12/6/2024 for service. Tires were rotated . A month later saw one lug nut missing on right rear of my truck. Found another lug nut ready to come off. Got lug wrench and tightened all lug nut while we're a turn to 3/4 turns loose. Brought this to the attention of service advisor Arron Adams. We will see that it doesn't happen again. I went to get my car inspected and they inspected it. Neat and sweet. No hassle, no fuss, and expediant service. Nice people. And my car passed!
