I've always taken my Jeep Renegade here for it's routine maintenance/state inspections. I've had good experiences over the few years that I've been doing so.
The work that was done was great. The customer service is horrible. Called 3 days straight to get an. Appointment. No one returns calls. Everything is AI so never get a real person. Didn't have a clue when my car was even going to be done. The whole thing was very stressful.
