Pricing seems to be very high. I know i didnt have to have the work done there, but my situation is the reason i did. Good work it seems but very expensive. 2012 Chevy Traverse i had them install a alternator for $1800.00.
Had a 830 appointment. In fact their automated messaging system felt that it was necessary to remind me on 3 seperate occasions yesterday that I had an 830 appointment. At 945 they finally pulled my truck in after I complained to them that I have been here for an hour and they haven't touched my truck yet. I won't be coming back here ever again. DO BETTER!

Absolutely horrible in service! Had appt today at 10:30 for oil change and just checked with them at 11:45 and they haven’t even touched my vehicle yet!!! Was told that 10:30 wasn’t an actual “appt time”, just a “check in” time!!! Was told this by service manager! WTH! So u just have to sit here all day until they decide to work on your vehicle!!!
