I cannot tell you enough how happy I am with Val and the service I received just recently. My house was in foreclosure status and I was between a rock and a hard place. At the last minute before sale date, I called cmark properties from a flyer they had left on my doorstep. Val and his team went above and beyond to help me sell my house. I just got a job opportunity in Germany and needed to move in 2 weeks, they just made everything so simple. From beginning to end, they stayed in touch with me until the day I sold the house to them. And even after, they sent me a handwritten thank you note. These guys are the real deal.

I was contacted by Val from Cmark properties about my home which was in foreclosure. Was really tired of all the spam mail I was getting but I decided to give him a call back. It was a few young guys who were very honest, straightforward and professional. Not much honesty in the real estate industry these days, but these guys really surprised me. They stopped the foreclosure 3 days before the sale, fixed the house, and sold it on the market. I got money that I never thought I'd see.

I had a house that I needed to get rid of. I wanted to get top dollar for it but it was in bad shape. i called Val and he showed me the joint venture program. They made all the repairs to the house and we sold it for 50k more than the original price. I got half and they got half of the profit. Which is amazing considering the fact that they did all the work.
