The Service Tech (Victor) was courteous and professional. He inspected the entire system thoroughly and determined possible issues and resolutions. Was respectful of the house and left all the work areas clean (and even wore booties to protect the flooring!).
Mike did an awesome job. Explained everything he was doing and how it impacted performance. Very happy with Mike and CMA overall.
AC was not working after turning it on for the first time this year. Mike came out within hours for the service call. Great customer communication with a text showing a tracker of when to expect arrival. Once he arrived, he was very personable and knowledgeable of how to fix the problem. Within an hour he had everything fixed and double checked the house afterwards to make sure everything was working.
Absolutely thrilled with the customer service from CMA! Mike is very kind, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. We have had his company out twice and had great experiences both times (even the office staff is friendly and remembered us). It’s rare to find a company that truly values its customers like they do. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services. 5 stars all the way! Thank you!!
