I am shocked at the 30 day turn around for a pergola review. This is the second time dealing with this office. Previously, I had to drive up to the office after my client was forgotten about and left under a pile of other submittals. We called for updates but we kept hearing the same answer, its still under review. This Management group does not have a business managing other peoples properties, especially when they cant even run their own office professionally. As a board member I understand what a management company is hired to do as well as what they do not do. CMA, as with any management company, is hired to enforce the documents put in place by the developer, homeowners, and board. This may help to understand other reviews posted here.
