Stopped work mid project without explanation
Found this company to be very unprofessional. Omar is too busy to take a phone call. Phone calls to Jerry Rock go unanswered and are not returned. Account executive Jordan will hang up on you. I had an Expert call me from the company who had no Idea what he was talking about. He stated that retrofit windows are "illegal but allowed". I have spoke to the city of Fremont building inspector at the building permit department that stated there is nothing illegal about retrofit windows.
