Terrible, absolutely terrible. They charge you for parking then it takes forever just to get to the basement via slow elevators just to discover a locked door where they’re not even open at 2pm on a Thursday. Good luck getting them on the phone too! All of the different numbers feed to the same system - which has a minimum of 15 people in hold at any given time. If only there was an option for less than 1 star, it would be more deserved.
Like other reviewers who have been to this location, I was disappointed to find out upon arrival that they were not available for a walk in X Ray, even though the technician is there and few people were in the clinic. Even if you call in advance, you might not find out. The receptionist told me I could come back tomorrow but did not explain why the technician couldn't do it today. I arrived at 10 am. I recommend finding another clinic for X Rays.
Show up at 12:45 for a walk in X Ray ( no appointments are taken) Told no more X Rays that day??? There are only 3 people in waiting room. Hours are 7-4pm. There is no phone number for that clinic, only the main number so you cant call to see if busy. Call main number and 45 min latter i find out they stop x rays at 2pm. Not on website, no sign on door. What a useless way to run a clinic. 1hr and 15 min before the "closing time that is not published anywhere" and no explanation why they could not do my X Ray. Stay away
Came in at 10 am. 10 people ahead of me. One tech. Two and a half hours later and still waiting. Never again will I come here.
