Trust me when I say stay FAR away from this place. After putting a deposit down, to which Maria, the owners wife, signed “refundable” I was told the title for the vehicle will arrive in a couple days from the auction. After over two weeks of little to no communication from them, ignored calls and texts, I found something better, and decided to go with that. Owner then refused to return my refund which I specifically had Maria sign as “refundable.” Overall awful experience, 0/10, PLEASE do yourself a favor and look elsewhere
Called Tuesday to see if a car I’m interested in was still available. They genuinely didn’t seem sure and were very confused because they have the same model, year and color car in two different trims. They told me we couldn’t just show up, have to call the day before we plan to come so they can get the title from somewhere else… okay. No problem. Called Friday to say we’re coming Saturday.
