Carlos and his guys took way longer than he stated in the beginning. He was unresponsive and refused to provide anything in writing.
DANGER! Carlos and his so called team are a construction hazard. They know nothing about construction. Nothing they touch passes code. They do absolutely horrible work. With over 15 years experience as a general contractor, Carlos was the only sub I have had to completely fire from a job. I tried to "babysit" his guys through completion, but I couldn't make it work.
